By far, Emily's fussiest time of the day is in the evenings, from about 6-9pm. Mick has been frustrated since that's usually the only time he really gets to see her and sometimes it seems like she cries the whole time. It's been easy for him to get discouraged and feel like she doesn't like him--when the reality is that he sometimes just doesn't have the stamina at the end of the day to wait her out.
Tonight, he won and this was the result. I think Emily and Daddy are both in love. So sweet!
I feel Mick's pain. That's been the worst part about going back to work. I have limited time with my baby and it's during her fussiest time of the day. Tell him to cherish those Saturday mornings!
ReplyDeleteAww, cute picture! :) My niece is the exact same way...cries sometimes non-stop from 6 to 9pm. My sister-in-law found that sometimes giving her a bath during that time settles her down.
